ARMEX Signs Maintenance Contract for Rosneft Moscow Office


One of Rosneft Moscow offices taken over by the company after its integration with TNK-BP is located in a class “A” modern business center at Begovaya Street - Nordstar Tower. The company occupies the 21 floor of the building, with total rented floor space of 41,165 sq m.

НордСтар_Тауэр.jpgEffective work of 3500 Rosneft employees is ensured by a large-scale integrated building and IT system. Nordstar Tower state-of-the-art utility infrastructure includes several built-in electrical substations, four pipe air conditioning system, 14,600 port structured cabling system, integrated intelligent control and monitoring system, comprehensive fire alarm system, etc.

For office maintenance, Rosneft has chosen ARMEX which can boast considerable experience and expertise required for maintenance projects of such scale.

In February, 2014 ARMEX specialists started to provide building system maintenance, including electricity, lighting, HVAC, water supply and sewerage, automatic fire protection, as well as building management and automation systems.

Under the agreement, ARMEX also is responsible for efficient management of technical facilities, full-service office cleaning, and help desk operation. In addition, the company provides handling and warehousing services, minor furniture repairs, aquarium maintenance, etc.
