ARMEX Signs Contract for Elevator Maintenance in Yantar Sports Center

Since January 2016 ARMEX has started to provide services for elevator maintenance and operation in Yantar sports facility in Strogino.

The sports facility with the total area of 34,000 sq. m is equipped with 8 OTIS (France) passenger elevators with capacity from 320 to 1000 kg, and two wheelchair platforms manufactured by OKB Turbomash.

Within the framework of maintenance services, ARMEX provides routine inspection and repair of the elevator equipment according to maintenance schedule, efficient release of trapped passengers, and elevator restart. The company is also responsible for preparation of the elevators for annual technical inspection, as well as for the inspection procedure

“Since elevators fall into the category of high-risk facilities, their maintenance and operation are provided by our certified specialists in strict adherence to Technical Regulations of the Customs Union on Lift Safety (ТР ТС - 011 - 2011), construction norms and regulations, and GOST standards”, comments Stanislav Zhurin, ARMEX commercial director.

Yantar sports center in Strogino was built in 2005. The complex includes two 1500-seat ice rinks, 25m x 8 lane swimming pool, paddling pool with entertainment facilities, multipurpose hall for five-a-side football, basketball and volleyball, choreography, athletics and fitness halls.
