New ARMEX contract on Engineering System Maintenance in Nagatino i-Land Technopolis

Moscow urban Nagatino i-Land Technopolis within the territory of 31,6 ha total area is built up upon an initiative of and with the support of Moscow City Government. Gross floor area of buildings with the various purpose of function is 882 thous. sqm, and execution of a project includes 5 construction stages. So far, the first stage of construction (216 thous. sqm) is completed, forthcoming stages are under design. As a whole, the construction of Industrial Park is planned for completion up to 2013.

Nagatino i-Land Industrial Estate is going to include one mil. sqm for office space, technopark, exhibition and convention centers, guesthouses and apartments, health and fitness centers, restaurants, cafes, stores, consumer services, etc.

Nagatino-Service captive holding Company addressed the issue of building upkeep. Under articles, ARMEX performs engineering maintenance. Particularly, service activities concern building automation and management system, security systems (fire-extinguishing, access monitoring and control, video surveillance, intrusion alarm), etc.

Unified building control system serves for centralized monitoring, dispatching and facilities management of engineering building systems. This control system relies on GENESIS32 SCADA-system of ICONICS Company, automatic controller of Wago&Johnson Controls, IP-devices of Loytec, etc. According to scheduled technical maintenance, ARMEX provides exterior check and subsystem availability monitoring, incl. control equipment, controllers, modules, regulating stations, etc.

Integrated safety and security systems include automatic fire alarm system, based on Simplex 4100U monitor board, and Lenel OnGuard integrated security system, combining access control, video surveillance and intrusion alarm system.

Upon completion of all installation operations and commissioning of the offices, ARMEX provides help desk organization, maintain technical documentation and administration of contractors’ warranties. Company specialists also carry out the services for work-space creation, office reconfiguration, minor furniture repair, maintenance of aquariums and floral arrangements, etc.
