Rosneft Entrusts ARMEX with Maintenance of another 6 Offices

ARMEX has won the tender to provide maintenance services at another 6 Moscow offices of Rosneft oil company with total area of over 27,000 sq m. The agreement includes both office buildings, including company headquarters on Sofiyskaya embankment, and company storage facilities. In addition to building system maintenance, the list of services under the agreement includes facility infrastructure management.

The head office of the largest oil company is located in a 1903 mansion on Sofiyskaya embankment. In spite of its long history, the building is in perfect condition and is equipped with state-of-the-art building systems. Round the clock service mode allows to provide high level of comfort and security for company employees.

In addition to Rosneft head office, ARMEX manages and office building on Yakimanskaya embankment, and offices on Shabolovka, Dubninskaya, and Malaya Kaluzhskaya, as well as a storage facility in the south-east of the capital.

Under the agreement, ARMEX is to provide maintenance services of all building systems, as well as facility infrastructure management, including full-service cleaning, aquarium maintenance, help desk operation (filing and processing applications), handling operations, organization and control of finishing works, as well as coordination of contractors’ work.
